Gerrit Vyn is a wildlife and conservation photograher based in Seattle, Washington. As a biologist and life-long naturalist with an understanding of the challenges facing our ecological communities, he aims to produce images and content that are based in science and emotionally compelling. The images in this collection are the result of work done to document wildlife and ecosystems in remote areas of the Alaskan Canadian Arctic.
