Lane Coder is originally from New Canaan, CT and has kept a photography studio in Brooklyn, NY for the past 8 years. Lane has attended Parsons School of Design in New York City, Parsons School of Design in Paris, France, The Rhode Island School of Design and The Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. Lane works both as a commerical and fine art photographer, working for ad agencies, magazines such as Vogue US, Vogue Nippon, The New York Times, The New Yorker, V and NOWNESS, while also showing in galleries and having his work collected by museums. He currently has work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Insititute in their permanent collection.
