Doña Dulce

For the Cuba Is exhibition, the Photo Space enhanced the visitor experience with the sounds, smells, and flavors of its muse with an in-house café, Doña Dulce. During the entire exhibit run, visitors enjoyed a limited menu of specialties from legendary local Cuban mainstays Porto’s Bakery & Café and Café La Llave.

Doña Dulce immersed guests in a Havana-inspired space that temporarily transported visitors to the Caribbean island nation with a virtual-reality film, a window with a “view” of Havana, and the taste of authentic Cuban delights, including:
